  • [Broken Bookmark Link][Inherit Zoom Bookmark][Bookmark Destination Coordinates][Broken Link][Inherit Zoom Link][Link Destination Coordinates]: In Ver. 6.2.0, we added support for custom PDF descriptions of the destination names of document links created in Veeva, but at that time, we restricted the code that had been included before to the case of Veeva links, and it became impossible to point out cases where the PDF syntax of the link action information was incorrect (e.g. the destination was null). This problem has been fixed.
  • The problem with the row height in Chinese output of summary reports being wider in Ver. 6.2.0 has been fixed so that the line height is the same as in Ver. 6.1.
  • Fixed a problem where [” ] would be displayed at the beginning of a cell when configuring the summary report symbol to a single-byte space.

New Functionalities

  • We have released the LeafChecker Desktop Application version, which can be used by customers who do not have Adobe Acrobat. The Desktop version has the same functionality as the Adobe Acrobat Plug-in version.
  • Added the Digital Sign check. It outputs information on whether an electronic signature has been applied.

Improvements

  • File Name/Folder Name: Added the underscore “_” to the Default value.
  • File Size: Now outputs the byte size in accordance with Acrobat’s [File > Properties > Description].
  • PDF Version Difference: Modified to compare only the PDF version, excluding the PDF standard name.
  • PDF Security: Allows checking only the necessary items marked “Allowed” in the [Document Restrictions Summary] under [File > Properties > Security].
  • Expanded Level Bookmark: It is now possible to check bookmark above the specified bookmark expanded level. You can now specify the expanded level of figure and table bookmarks.
  • Broken Bookmark Link/Inherit Zoom Bookmark/Bookmark String Length: The number of bookmark levels is now output in the Notification message.
  • Bookmark String Length: Now able to flag bookmarks without any text.
  • Broken Link: Now outputs the file path and link action of the destination. It is now possible to disable notifications for valid web links (URI actions). If the destination name was specified as something other than text, it was incorrectly identified as a broken link. This problem has been fixed.
  • In the recommended check pattern, the JPEG2000 compression and Form checkboxes were unchecked.
  • The item to be checked in the Results column of the Summary Report have been clarified. The items Type are ”eCTD” or ”QC” to be checked. ”QC (Info)” is not a target for checking.
  • If Acrobat’s sandbox protected mode is enabled, the plugin menu will display as “PharmaDoc LeafChecker (Disabled by Protected Mode).”
  • Unified the installer, which was previously separated for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Acrobat. The new installer automatically detects the language and bit version of Acrobat during setup.
  • Disabled installation on Acrobat Reader DC.

  • With the “Resize Mark” feature, you can adjust the area to be actually redacted while visually confirming it, without creating a Final Redacted PDF.

  • Convert Comments to Marks: Fixed an issue where annotations with “Use annotation color” checked were not interpreted as yellow and couldn’t be converted to marks.
  • Fixed an issue where “*Replace when submitting approval information of new medicine.” was occasionally not automatically appended to footnotes on pages with string replacement.
