Cloud Services Policy
We provide cloud services using Microsoft® Azure ® or AWS and Vercel, built in the Japan region.
When you use our cloud services, we shall provide you with comfortable cloud services, paying attention to the effectiveness and suitability of management and operation regarding information security on cloud services on behalf of our customers.
We shall provide secure cloud services to our customers in accordance with the following basic security policy.
Basic Security Policy
The following items specific to cloud services shall be considered.
- Information stored in a cloud computing environment may be subject to access and control by the cloud service provider.
- Assets (e.g., application programs) may be maintained in a cloud computing environment.
- Processing may be performed on multi-tenant virtualized cloud services.
- Cloud service users and cloud service usage
- Cloud Services Customers' Cloud Services Practice Managers with privileged access
- Location of the Cloud Service Provider's organization and the countries in which the Cloud Service Provider may store (even temporarily) Cloud Service Customer Data
