Cloud Services Policy

We provide cloud services using Microsoft® Azure ® or AWS and Vercel, which have been built in regions in Japan.

When using our cloud services, we will provide our customers with a comfortable cloud service while paying attention to the effectiveness and suitability of the management and operation of information security on the cloud service on behalf of our customers.

Our company will provide customers with a secure cloud service in accordance with the following basic security policy.

Basic Security Policy

When defining the information security policy for cloud computing, the cloud service customer should take the following into account:

  • information stored in the cloud computing environment can be subject to access and management by the cloud service provider
  • assets can be maintained in the cloud computing environment, e.g., application programs;
  • processes can run on a multi-tenant, virtualized cloud service;
  • the cloud service users and the context in which they use the cloud service;
  • the cloud service administrators of the cloud service customer who have privileged access;
  • the geographical locations of the cloud service provider’s organization and the countries where the cloud service provider can store the cloud service customer data (even temporarily).
